We have been a loyal customer at this resort for last 5 years. Now for the second time just days before our arrival date they put someone else on the site we have been on that backs up to our friends from home. We paid deposit last year in March before we left. We stay for 3 full months with the understanding that we would most likely get our same spot. Upon talking with ASST. manager she advised that we are not guaranteed a site. People in our sight were in a site already but complained and asked to be moved. We were told we would be put in their old site away from our friends. This is the lousy customer service you get from Tampa East rv park. Don’t stay here unless you want screwed. You will be wasting your time if you complain. Loyalty means nothing to them.

Nice park with friendly staff and neighbors. A bit tight and a little high on the price but they do have a heated pool.
